Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to 72 hours before check-in. Within the 72-hour window, cancellations will be charged one night's room and tax.
If a guest does not check in on their arrival date, a “no-show” fee of one night's room and tax will be charged.
Currently, the Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. (Subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time may be accommodated as rooms become available,
Provided that such guests elect to pay an early arrival fee (currently $50.00 per room). The Hotel can accommodate arrivals to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. $2.00 per bag.
